A good value for a budget price.

The opening of the cottage is planned for summer 2013, no guest rooms rental will be possible before.

The cottage itself and a bunch of activities will be ready for that date, but some activities such as picking fruits will have to wait ... the trees need time to grow and the first significant harvests are planned for summer 2015.

Rental of guest rooms thus enjoys a cheap promotional rate for the first 3 years:
- The budget guest rooms on the 1st floor (sunlight through a window in the roof) are at € 20 per night
- Chamber with view outside and own sink is priced € 24 per night
- Chamber with view on the veranda and private bathroom with shower & lavatories costs € 30 per night
- The bedroom on the ground floor for disabled guests, is at the same price of € 30 per night

The cottage will expand the following years, and other opportunity for budget accommodation will be provided to our visitors.

For all length of stay, one extra night is charged to compensate for the cleaning expenses.

From the eighth night, a 10% discount is applied to the first chamber, 20% off the second room.

From the 15th night, a 20% discount is applied, 30% off the second toom.

A 20% discount is offered for all bookings done between 1st November and April 30th.

A 10% extra is charged in July & August. The price includes a double bed that is separable into two single beds, a cot can be rented free of charge.

The price includes picking berries, vegetables and fruits, following our guidelines, for daily use in the cottage.

The price includes use of all the logistics of the rented house, cooking oil and condiments, dining room, washing machine, cleaning products and biodegradable toilet paper.

The price includes the monitoring of all the traditional activities of the farm in accordance with our schedules, which are actually those of farm animals.

The price includes one set of sheets, pillowcases and blankets, and two towels per room per week.

Car hire to go shopping in Astaffort is charged € 7 per trip, or 50 cents per kilometer.

Budget bike rental is possible for the whole family, € 2 per day per person.

Meals can be included in formulas with breakfast, lunch and dinner, depending on the wishes of the customer. These Bed & Breakfast or All-Inclusive formulas are flexible.

A third bed can be added to each chamber, for an extra 30%.

Extra services (eg tourism guiding, animations and activities on the Domain) that do not impose additional costs will be charged € 15 per hour per group.

A payment will be required upon booking, the remaining part of the rental price and the caution, are paid on arrival in the house.

Camping cars are welcome, for the use of the facilities, electric supply and water, we will charge €10 per night.
